The power of hydraulic self-climbing mold comes from its own hydraulic system, which includes hydraulic cylinders and up and down reversing devices. The reversing device can form mutual climbing between the formwork frame body and the guide rail, so that the hydraulic climbing form can climb up steadily. The hydraulic self-climbing form does not require other lifting equipment during the construction process, and the operation is convenient and simple, the climbing speed is fast, and the safety factor is high. It can climb straight or diagonally. It is the preferred formwork system for the construction of high piers, pylons, and super high-rise buildings.
The standard hydraulic climbing mold produced by our company mainly has two models, namely HCB-80 and HCB-130 . The commonly used pouring heights are 4.5 meters and 6 meters, and the special-shaped climbing formwork system can also be customized according to the construction requirements of special structures.
