B. After-sales service process
Material approach
1. After-sales service personnel go to the on-site according to the arrival date of materials.
2. Cooperating with the construction to unload the car, Assisting the construction party to check the materials.
3. Making an inventory of materials according to the drawing, checking list quantity and communicating with the material department and technical leader in time.
4. Determining self-provided materials with the construction unit in advance.
5. Supervising the construction organization to store the materials correctly.
C Formwork and bracket assembly
1. Before assembly, keep in touch with the technical department and make technical disclosure with the construction organization.
2. Assembling according to the drawing and communicating with the designer in time for changes.
① Before assembling the formwork/bracket, negotiate with the construction organization to provide a smooth and solid site for assembly.
② Choose the right length of the waler by the drawings and arranging it according to the size. Pay attention to the position of the pin hole of the coupler.
③ A timber beam should be placed on each side of the waler. The position should be placed according to the drawings. The connecting claws should be properly connected and the diagonal line should be controlled within 1CM.
④ Assembling other timber beams according to the drawings, the connecting claws are staggered on the timber beams on both sides, and the hook position is on both sides.
⑤ Assembling the hook and end timber to lay the panel.
⑥ Laying the panel according to the drawings, the crevice of the panel is controlled within 1MM, mistakes are not allowed to ensure the smooth surface of the board. The sawn panel should be waterproof.
⑦ Before the formal jointing, check whether the size of the panel is consistent with the drawing. Only when the size is consistent, the stitching can be made.
⑧ Cleaning the formwork after jointing to ensure that the panel surface is smooth.
⑨ Trepanning the tie rod holes and embedded parts holes according to the drawings. The holes should be waterproof.
⑩ After the formwork is assembled, checking the type of bolt/pin and the state of screwing, and then it can be used after reinforcement.
⑪ According to the drawings, the assembled breaket should be connected with steel pipes. The connecting parts should be firm, and the cross bridging should be paid attention to.

D Using formwork
1. Before closing the formwork, installing the embedded parts, applying the release agent, adjust the levelness and verticality. Connecting each piece of formwork with 4 core belt. Paying attention to the smoothness of the joints.
2. When casting concrete, it is necessary to check the reinforcement of tie rods and connecting parts to prevent formwork running.
3. Cleaning and repairing the formwork after dismantling and checking the location of embedded parts. The climbing cone will be removed after the next section of construction is finished.
4. Before hoisting the frame, it is necessary to check the mounting system.
5. After the lifting of the bracket, checking the platforms and protection, warning the load of each platform, and forbidding overload.
6. Strictly following the standards for working at heights.
① Before climbing bracket, checking the embedded parts, guide rail, reversing box and other major components, foreign matter on each platform, and the connection parts.
② When climbing, paying attention to the claw of the reversing box and the synchronous property of the oil cylinder. Butter must be applied on the guide rail to reduce friction.
③ After climbing, all protection measures must be installed in place before leaving.
E Material exit
Assisting the construction organization to check the materials, and keepping a copy of the inventory with the construction organization when the number is confirmed. Contacting the material department to receive the materials.

F Personnel and duration
When we deliver goods according to the requirements of Party A, two professional after-sales personnel will be dispatched to the user's site, and the two professional after-sales personnel will on-site service 10 months together. During this period, all the installation of formwork, bracket, hydraulic system and protective device will be completed. After 15 sections have been casted, leaving a professional after-sales staff to provide service (about 2 months). Full service period :12 months. Two professional personnel on the site to implement 24 hours a day service during that period.
