The steel structure manufacturing shop covers an area of nearly 20,000 square meters, it has a variety of advanced equipment such as welding machine, punch machine, press, metal band saw machine, plate shearing machine, plate winding machine, bending machine, hydraulic correction machine, copying cutting machine and so on. What’s more, we have a number of long-term cooperation with outsource manufacturers as reserves of productivity. Technology research and development center is located in Wuhan Tianjie near Wuhan Hankou Railway Station.

Our production department follow the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel structural engineering" (GB 50205-2001). It is mainly equipped with the following testing instruments

Geometry inspection: steel ruler, vernier caliper, etc

Mechanical properties inspection: universal material testing machine

Welding properties inspection: steel ruler, feeler ruler, universal material testing machine Finished product inspection: steel ruler, square ruler, etc
