Our R&D department was established in 2016. At present, the R&D department has 10 R&D personnel, accounting for 12.5% of the total number. It is a research and development team with solid professional knowledge, rich working experience, positive and vigorous.

Since its establishment, the R&D Department based on independent innovation to serve the survival and development of company as the main purpose. In order to enhance the company's market competitiveness and promote the development of Chinese construction formwork industry technology. We actively carry out technical exchanges and cooperation, and have established a cooperative relationship with Hubei Urban Construction Vocational Technical University to ensure R&D strength of new technology and new products.

In terms of the organization and management ability of R&D and technological innovation, our company has an advanced technology R&D department, which has formulated relevant R&D management system and excellent talent introduction and training system to ensure that our R&D activities can keep up with the development trend of the industry market. The R&D investment accounting system is mainly composed of the definition of the scope of R&D expenditure and the accounting of enterprise research and development expenditure. Each R&D expenditure is carried out in strict accordance with the rules and regulations to ensure the reasonable value of each fund. In order to stimulate the enthusiasm of R&D and design personnel, we have specially formulated the training and promotion system, the skills training of staff and the performance appraisal and reward system of R&D personnel, which provides the guarantee for the technology and management of the company.

With the efforts of all R&D personnel, the R&D department has authorized 11 utility model patents, 6 invention patents, 1 utility model patent and 18 scientific and technological achievements in 4 years.
