Template assembly:The template assembly determines the integrity of the concrete surface. The panel has steel formwork system and wood formwork system to choose from. In the length direction, it is connected by bolts to form a template of the required length.

Walking mechanism assembly:Composed of four trolleys, two active wheel trolleys and two passive wheel trolleys, respectively installed under the two walking beams on both sides . Crawling ability: 4.5%; walking speed: 10 meters/min.

Mast assembly:Composed of multiple door frames. There are side mold supporting screws and multiple sets of side mold adjusting cylinders on the outside of the column. There is a working platform on the upper part of the door frame and a template translation device, which can make the entire template move left and right. There are also multiple sets of template lifting cylinders and hydraulic consoles.

Hydraulic system:It is composed of hydraulic pump station, lifting cylinder, side template adjusting cylinder, translation template cylinder, various valves and pipelines. System rated pressure: 31.5Mpa; system working pressure: 26Mpa.

Template trolley application
